Diwali is a festival of Lights and Colors. It is one of the major festivals celebrated by Indians all over the world. The 5-day long Diwali is celebrated in Hindu lunisolar month Kartika (between mid-October and mid-November. Diwali symbolizes the spiritual “victory of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance”.

Auspicious Color for Diwali 2024 are Light Peach, Orange, Yellow and White.
This year is ideal to do worship of Siddhivinayak Ganesh Pooja and Mahalaxmi Ji dress in pink, Crystal ShreeYantra (Attached Below).

Blue, Green, Pink, Purple, Violet, and Red are considered auspiciousfor Dhanteras Poojan.
It is recommended to wear yellow or silver-colored clothes during the pooja.
Dhanteras pujan sthapna The puja setup should be in the East or North, facing East or North accordingly.
Include traditional sweets like Kaju Katli, Ras Malai, Shira, and Lapsi during the Dhanteras pujan.
The idol can be in a standing position during worship.
For those facing real estate problems, worship of Lord Ganesha in a standing or sitting position (Siddhivinayak) is recommended.

Place torans on the main door and light every corner of the house with bright diyas.
It’s considered auspicious to worship at the main entrance.
Ensure that the house and puja area are clean and clutter-free.
Use Blue, Green, Pink, Purple, Violet, and Red colors for rangoli in 2024.
Wear red and yellow clothes during the pooja, Offer white and red-colored prasadam.Yellow is particularly auspicious for Dhanteras as it symbolizes “Subh” (auspiciousness) in Hinduism, representing Haldi (turmeric).

First Ganesha Stuti followed by Mahalaxmi puja.

Boondi, kheer, puri, or bhajiya should be made as Prasadam, and they should be red or yellow in color.

Fill a copper lota (vessel) or a clay pot with water, take it around the person facing health issues, and throw the water outside.
For property issues, fill a clay pot with water, take a clockwise round of the property, and break the pot outside the property.
Avoid using agarbatti during the pujan. Use lohban Dhoop or guggal Dhoop instead.
According to Satvik culture, Alcohol and non-vegetarian items should not be part of the ritual.
Kali Chaudas pujan done according to different-different religion.
If facing fights, negative energy, or relationship disputes, performing Kali Chaudas pujan is suggested.
