Street directions are real directions

Chicago’s grid runs on true compass directions. A street signed north genuinely runs north. In most American cities, a home sold as north-facing is 20 or 30 degrees off, which is enough to move a room from one Vastu zone into the next and change the whole reading. Basement, and Furnace in the wrong corner
